Services are available based on Pro availability, location, and your booking details. We do not guarantee service quality, timeliness, or outcomes. Payments and Fees All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) as required under Ontario tax laws. All services, including any compensation or resolution for issues, are the sole responsibility of the independent service provider (Pro). You assume all risks associated with using the Services, including interactions with Pros. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. 8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Urbanwork, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights. This includes claims related to property damage or personal injury during services. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, located in Peel Region (Brampton), or through binding arbitration in Brampton, Ontario, under the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario), if mutually agreed.
